APPOINTMENT OF PERMANENT CEO

CPPGroup plc (CPP or the Group), the international assistance business, is pleased to announce that, following receipt of regulatory approval, Stephen Callaghan has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Group on a permanent basis with immediate effect. With Stephen's appointment to the Board, Roger Canham reverts to a non-executive role as Chairman of the Group.

Stephen has an established track record for leading international business transformations with significant and relevant experience in growing technology-enabled customer service businesses. Stephen is non-executive director of Lumata Holdings Ltd, a global leader in mobile paid content, Navtech Radar Ltd, a manufacturer of commercial radar solutions, and Ceres Power Holdings plc, the AIM-listed developer of fuel cell technology.

Roger Canham, Non-Executive Chairman, commented:
