ADMISSION TO TRADING ON THE LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE

Further to its announcement on 19 March 2010, CPPGroup Plc announces that its ordinary share capital of 168,607,701 shares has today been admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities under the ticker "CPP".
