Further to the pre-stabilisation period announcement dated 16 June 2020, UBS AG London Branch (Contact: Francois-Olivier Mercier, Syndicate Desk: +44 20756 87504) hereby gives notice that stabilisation (within the meaning of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 supplementing the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014) in relation to the offer of the following securities undertook by it or any of its affiliates in accordance with the rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
