The City Pub Group plc (AIM: CPC) was notified that on 16 January 2019, Clive Watson, Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased a total of 40,000 ordinary shares of 50 pence in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £2.09025 per Ordinary Share. Following the purchase, Clive Watson, is beneficially interested in 2,678,714* Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.37 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
