Results of AGM
At the Company's Annual General Meeting held today, each of the resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting circulated to shareholders on 21 March 2014 was passed on a show of hands. The number of shares in issue at the voting record date was 100,989,714 ordinary shares.
The proxy figures for the resolutions were as follows:

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2R, copies of Resolutions 10, 11, 12 and 13 will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, where they will be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM. In addition, copies of these Resolutions will also be filed with Companies House.
