Results of AGM
At the Company's Annual General Meeting held today, each of the resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting circulated to shareholders on 20 March 2015 was passed on a show of hands. The number of shares in issue at the voting record date was 101,209,927 ordinary shares.
The proxy figures for the resolutions were as follows:

3. Any proxy appointments which gave discretion to the Chairman have been included in the 'For' totals.
A copy of this announcement confirming the proxy figures will be available on the Company's website.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2R, copies of Resolutions 9 and 10 will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, where they will be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.aspx. In addition, copies of these Resolutions will also be filed with Companies House.
