COSTAIN GROUP PLC SCRIP DIVIDEND SCHEME
Costain Group PLC (the 'Company') announces that on 27 October 2023, Mr Roger Andrews, being the spouse of Ms Jacqueline de Rojas, Non-executive Director, acquired 93 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 50 pence each in the capital of the Company at the scrip dividend reference price of 56.64 pence per share pursuant to the Company's Scrip Dividend Scheme. Following the share allotment, the total beneficial interest of Ms Jacqueline de Rojas and persons closely associated with her is 12,921 shares, representing 0.005% of the Company's issued share capital.
