Costain Group PLC ("the Company") announces that on 04 June 2018, Mr Roger Andrews, being the spouse of Ms Jacqueline de Rojas, acquired 3,194 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 0.003% of the Company's issued share capital. Following the purchase, the total beneficial interest of Ms Jacqueline de Rojas and persons closely associated with her in the Ordinary Shares totals 3,194 shares, representing 0.003% of the Company's issued share capital.
