DIRECTOR/PDMR/PCA DEALING
The Company announces that Kate Rock, Non-Executive Chair, purchased 15,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company on 27 August 2025 at a price of £1.3167 per share and Amanda Fisher, Non-Executive Director, purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company on 26 August 2025 at a price of £1.3113 per share.
Since the publication of the Company's results for the six months ended 30 June 2025 on 20 August 2025, Director purchases of 35,000 Ordinary Shares have been made. This further aligns their interests with those of shareholders and reflects their confidence in the Group's outlook and growth prospects. Following these transactions, Kate Rock and Amanda Fisher have beneficial interests in 125,000 and 10,000 Ordinary Shares, respectively.
