Board Changes

Costain is pleased to announce the appointment of David McManus as Non-Executive Director with effect from 12 May 2014.

David is currently Non-Executive Director at the Hess Corporation, FlexLNG, Rockhopper Exploration plc and Caza Oil & Gas Inc. He was formerly a Non-Executive Director of Cape plc.

He has also held a number of executive roles including Vice President, International Operations at Pioneer Natural Resources and, prior to this worked for several companies including BG Group, LASMO plc and Shell UK. He began his career with the Fluor Corporation after graduating in civil engineering.

In accordance with the Listing Rules, there are no additional matters that would require disclosure under LR 9.6.13 R (1) to (6) in relation to this appointment.

David Allvey, Chairman, said:
