Costain Group PLC, the engineering solutions provider, is today holding its Annual General Meeting.
Andrew Wyllie CBE, Chief Executive, will review the past year in a short presentation which will not include any new material information.
Looking ahead, he will confirm that current trading is in line with expectations and that, with a record order book and the visibility it provides, the Board remains confident in the future and looks forward to reporting on further progress in 2016.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Dr Paul Golby CBE FREng will formally succeed David Allvey as Chairman.
