The Board of Collagen Solutions plc (AIM: COS), the developer and manufacturer of medical grade collagen components for use in regenerative medicine, medical devices and in-vitro diagnostics, announced on 3 May 2016 the appointment of Jamal Rushdy as Chief Executive Officer. The disclosures in accordance with the AIM Rules are as follows. Jamal David Rushdy, aged 44, is interested in options over 3,300,000 new ordinary 1p shares which are exercisable at a price of 8.88p from 15 December 2018 to 14 December 2025 and were granted on 15 December 2015 as part of the Company's incentive arrangements.

Jamal Rushdy is a director of Arcuro Medical Limited Ltd, a governor of FocusStart LLC, as well as a director of Collagen Solutions Plc.

There are no further disclosures required in accordance with AIM Rule 17 and Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
