Chairman's Share Purchase
Collagen Solutions plc (AIM: COS), the developer and manufacturer of medical grade collagen components for use in regenerative medicine, medical devices and in-vitro diagnostics, announces that David Evans, Chairman of the Company, has today purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 7.5 pence per share.
Following this transaction, David Evans total beneficial holding has increased to 13,888,730 ordinary shares representing 8.1 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
David Evans, Non-Executive Chairman, commented: "As was announced in the recent trading update, I have purchased a further one million shares in Collagen Solutions which re-affirms my commitment to the Company and strong belief in the growth potential that the Company offers."
