Cambridge Cognition Holdings plc, (AIM: COG), which specialises in development and marketing of computerised neuropsychological tests including those enabling the early detection of dementia, announces that certain Directors of the Company, being Michael Lewis, Steven Powell and Nick Walters, have today subscribed for Ordinary Shares respectively at a price of 37 pence per Ordinary Share, as part of the Company's previously announced Placing.
On Admission of the Placing Shares, Michael Lewis, Steven Powell and Nick Walters will have the following interests in the Company:
