NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

Cobham plc (the "Company") announces, in respect of ordinary 2.5 pence shares of the Company ("Shares"), that on 14 March 2013 Mr Robert Murphy, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, was granted a conditional award for nil-cost over 453,924 Shares under the Company's Performance Share Plan 2007 ("PSP"). 

The award vests on the third anniversary of the date of grant to the extent that applicable performance conditions are met.
