NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

Cobham plc (the "Company") announces in respect of ordinary 2.5 pence shares of the Company ("Shares") that on 29 May 2014, the buy-out award issued to Simon Nicholls in August 2013 vested and 16,209 shares were sold to cover deductions due on that vest, at a price of 316 pence per Share. Mr Nicholls retained the balance of 17,816 shares as required by his shareholding requirement.
