NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

Cobham plc (the "Company") announces in respect of ordinary 2.5 pence shares of the Company ("Shares") that on 27 May 2014, the Company purchased, for the benefit of Simon Nicholls, 3,822 Shares at a price of 306.13 pence per Share in respect of his compulsory deferral of an element of his annual incentive payment. 

The Shares are held in Trust for the benefit of the participant and will be released on 13 March 2017 subject to continued employment.
