Directorate Changes
Cenkos Securities plc today confirms that as previously announced on 12 December 2018 Philip Anderson, Chief Financial Officer, stepped down from the Board on 31 March 2019. However, Philip will remain with the Company and will continue undertaking the controlled functions of Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer until his successor is in place.
The Board would like to thank Philip for his commitment and contribution to the Company and to the Board.
