Board Update
As previously stated in the Company's announcement on 18 February 2020, the Company confirms that Jeff Hewitt, who has served as a Non-Executive Director of the Company since 2008 and has held the position of acting Chairman since November 2018, has now retired from the Board.
On behalf of the Board Jim Durkin said that Jeff leaves with our sincere thanks for his service over the past twelve years and we wish him well in the future.
Jeremy Miller, a current Non-Executive Director, will take the position of acting Chairman in the interim period until Lisa Gordon's regulatory approval has been received.
