Board Changes

The Board is pleased to announce that, subject to FCA approval, Jim Durkin is to be appointed as an Executive Director and to the position of Chief Executive Officer once regulatory approval has been received. In the interim period Anthony Hotson remains as the Company's Chief Executive Officer.

Jim, a founding shareholder of the Company, was formerly Cenkos' Chief Executive Officer in the period December 2011 to July 2017. Jim resigned as Chief Executive Officer in July 2017. Jim Durkin has over 30 years' experience in the UK securities industry. During his career he has had substantial experience originating and executing corporate finance transactions across a range of industries including insurance, property, financials and utilities.

The Board today also announces that Gerry Aherne, the Chairman of the Company has informed the Board that he will step down and retire from the Company with immediate effect.

The Board would like to thank Gerry for his commitment and contribution to the Company as Chairman over the past six years and wish him well in the future.

The Board will commence the search for a new Chairman. Jeff Hewitt a Non-executive Director has been appointed as the acting Chairman in the interim period.

Jeff Hewitt the acting Chairman commented that:

"We welcome Jim back to the Company and have every confidence in Jim in leading the Company going forward. Jim is well placed to undertake the role having previously been on the Board and has been actively involved in the successful management of the Company."

AIM Rules disclosure under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules

James John Durkin (known as Jim Durkin) holds 4,985,831 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company representing 9.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.

In addition to his appointment to the Board, James John Durkin, aged 58, holds or has held the following directorships or partnerships in the past five years:
