Directors' Dealings and Holdings in Company
CentralNic Group plc (LSE:CNIC, "Company" or "CNIC") received notification on the 13th April 2023 from Erin Invest and Finance Limited ("Erin"), a company in which Samuel Dayani, non-executive director, has a beneficial interest, that it has sold a total of 1,800,000 ordinary shares of £0.001 each ("Shares") in the Company at a price of 1.20 GBP per share.
Following these sales, Erin Invest and Finance Limited has an interest of 13,853,111 shares representing 4.84% per cent of the Company's voting rights. Erin Invest and Finance Limited has stated the recent share sales are to fund Erin's investment opportunities. Erin Invest and Finance considers itself a long-term holder in CentralNic and has notified the Company that it has no intent to sell any further shares in the foreseeable future.
