CentralNic Group plc (AIM: CNIC), the global internet platform company that derives revenue from the sales of online presence and marketing services, announces that it has been notified that Inter.Services GmbH, a company associated with Horst Siffrin, Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold an aggregate of 1,456,712 ordinary shares of £0.001 each ("Shares") in the Company at an average price of £1.41951 per Share to fund an investment project. As part of the sale, Inter.Services has agreed a 90 day lock up period with CentralNic and has confirmed that it has no intention to sell further Shares currently.
As a result, Horst's beneficial interest in CentralNic Shares is 35,610,000 representing approximately 12.34% of the Company's issued share capital.
