CentralNic Group Plc (AIM: CNIC) announces that it has been notified that on 4th April 2022 Don Baladasan, Group Managing Director and a director of the Company, entered into a facility agreement with W management Services Ltd pursuant to which 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company have been pledged as collateral. Don remains the beneficial owner of the shares, subject to the pledge, and retains full voting rights attaching to the shares.
As a result, Don's beneficial interest in CentralNic ordinary shares remains unchanged at 2,733,606 representing approximately 0.95% of the Company's issued share capital.
