Acquisition Announcement
CentralNic Group plc (AIM: CNIC), the global internet company that derives revenue from the sales of online presence and marketing services, is pleased to announce that it has acquired the domain name and brand protection business trading as NameAction in an asset deal for a consideration of c.$1 million in cash from NameAction Inc.
The NameAction business is expected to contribute c.$2 million in annual recurring revenues and c.$0.2 million in Adjusted EBITDA to the Online Presence segment from 2022.
