Exercise of Options / Issue of Options
Kryso Resources plc ('the Company') announces that Dr. Trevor Davenport, the Non-Executive Chairman has exercised 50,000 options for cash at 10p per share on 5 October 2007. The issued share capital of the Company will now be 79,239,024 ordinary shares of 1p each.
Application will be made for these 50,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that this will become effective on 12 October 2007.
As a result of the exercise of options Dr. Trevor Davenport has 150,000 issued shares in the Company, representing 0.19% of the enlarged issued share capital.
Ferdinand Dippenaar, Non-executor Director of the Company has been granted 400,000 options at a strike price of 13 pence per share pursuant to the Company's Share Option Scheme.
The Directors now own a total of 21,450,000 ordinary shares or 27.07% of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company.
