("CNE" or "the Company")
Directorate Change and Result of AGM
The Board of CNE (AIM:CNEL), the AIM quoted engineering and technology solutions provider to the bioenergy sector, announces that Nick Brooks, a director, has resigned from the Board. Mr Brooks' resignation as a director is with effect from 31 August 2018 after which it is anticipated that he will provide technology and business development services to the Company.
The Company further announces that, at its AGM held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed with the exception of resolution 5 to reappoint Mr Brooks, which was withdrawn following his resignation.
The Board would like to thank Mr Brooks for his contribution to the Company as a Board Member and it looks forward to continuing to work with him.
