Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary shares of 5p undertaken by a PDMR. On 29 June 2017, Mr. David Bauernfeind (Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer) was granted options to buy 17,857 shares at an option price of £1.008 per share under the terms of the Connect Group PLC Save As You Earn Plan. The savings term is three years and the options are exercisable between 1 September 2020 and 28 February 2021.
