Connect Group announces that it has been informed by Mark Whiteling, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, that Interserve plc, of which he was Chief Finance Officer and executive director, entered into administration on Friday 15 March 2019.

This notification is made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(1) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
