Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ('the Rules'), we notify the market of the following:
As at 30 November 2024 the issued capital of the Company comprised 5,568,107,214 ordinary shares of 6 14/81 pence ('Shares') including 455,849,849 Shares held in treasury leaving a balance of 5,112,257,365 Shares with voting rights of one vote per share.
The figure of 5,112,257,365 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Rules.
