Director Shareholdings
Acquisition of ordinary shares of 614/81 pence (‘Shares’)
On 26 October 2015, in accordance with Share Purchase Agreements entered into with the Company by the following individuals, the following purchases were made:
Margherita Della Valle, a Director of the Company, purchased 761 Shares at a price of 234.2 pence per Share; and Ian Meakins, a Director of the Company, purchased 791 Shares at a price of 234.2 pence per Share.The Company was notified of the transactions, which all took place in London, on 26 October 2015.
This announcement is made following notification under Disclosure Rule 3.1.2.
