SISΒ Media Rights Contract
CMG today announces that Satellite Information Services Limited (''SIS''), of which CMG indirectly owns 20.54%,Β has signed a long term rights agreement with Arena Leisure PlcΒ ("Arena"),Β theΒ UK's leading operator of horseracing fixtures,Β which owns and operates seven racecourses in theΒ UK. The rights agreement ensures that SIS will continue to provideΒ horse racingΒ fromΒ Doncaster, Royal Windsor, Folkestone,Β LingfieldΒ Park, Southwell, Wolverhampton andΒ WorcesterΒ inΒ its services to Licensed Betting OfficesΒ until the end of 2016.
SIS currently provides coverage of Arena horse race fixtures under theΒ BAGSΒ agreement and will continue to do so untilΒ the new agreement with ArenaΒ commencesΒ onΒ 1Β JanuaryΒ 2012. This year SIS is scheduled to cover 377 meetings from Arena courses, which represents 25% of allΒ UKΒ horse racing fixtures taking place.
