In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules provision5.6.1R, Communisis advises the market of the following:
That, as at 31 May 2013, the Company's issued share capital consistedof 191,401,646 ordinary shares each with voting rights, and as at 31 May 2013no shares are held in treasury by the Company.
The total number of voting rights in Communisis plc is therefore 191,401,646(the "Voting Rights Figure").
The Voting Rights Figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirvoting rights interest, or a change to that interest, in the Company under theFCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
