Communisis PLC13 December 2005 Pre-close Trading Statement Prior to entering its close period on December 31 2005, Communisis plc issuedthe following statement: Since the announcement of our interim results on September 16 2005, trading hasbeen in line with our expectations despite turnover on a like for like basisbeing lower than last year. Following our announcement on October 27 2005, we can confirm we are still indiscussions which may or may not lead to an offer being made for the company. In connection with these discussions and the related process, the Company hasincurred approximately £1.4m of one-off costs that will be recognised in thefourth quarter.
