Caerus Mineral Resources PLC (LON:CMRS), the exploration and resource development company focused on developing mineral resources to support the global 'Clean Energy' initiative, notes that between the 09 April 2021 and 06 May 2021 the former Caerus Chairman Michael Johnson acquired 1,021,250 ordinary shares, representing 1.67% of the Company's issued share capital. In total Michael Johnson and persons closely associated hold 5,550,001 ordinary shares represents 9.0% of the Company's issued share capital.
The notification set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
