Critical Mineral Resources plc ('CMR' or the 'Company), the exploration and development company focused on clean energy metals, today announces that Adrian England has informed to Board of his intention to step down as a Non-Executive Director of the Company on 31 December 2023. Whilst Adrian will continue to serve the Company until this date, the board would like to thank Adrian for his contribution to CMR and that he will leave with the Company's best wishes for the future.

Critical Mineral Resources (CMR) plc is an exploration and development company focused on developing assets that produce key commodities essential for renewable energy, battery storage and electrification to support the clean energy revolution.
