Statement regarding Board
Chamberlin, the specialist castings and engineering group, announces that Mark Bache, Finance Director, has been suspended from work. His suspension is wholly unrelated to the financial position of the Company or because of any financial matters. As indicated in the interim results announcement, published on 27 November, notwithstanding the softer market conditions, the Company continues to trade in line with market expectations. A further announcement on Mark's position will be made in due course.
