11. Additional Information
This is a correction to a previous notification issued on 18/02/2022 announcing a change from 4.99% to 10.164701% due to an acquisition of voting rights. Premier Miton Group plc did not have a position of 10.164701%. There should have been no TR1 on 18 Feb, rather just 1 TR1 on 22 Feb announcing a change from 4.99% to 6.700275% that occurred due to the admission of new shares to trading on 21 Feb and our acquiring shares as part of that placing.
