Chamberlin plc (AIM: CMH.L), the specialist castings and engineering group, announces that between 1 June 2022 and 7 June 2022, Trevor Brown, Executive Director, purchased 350,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a volume weighted average price of 4.82 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following these purchases, Mr Brown beneficially holds 29,525,000 Ordinary Shares representing 27.95 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
