PDMR Dealing
Capital Metals plc (AIM: CMET), has been advised of the following Directors' Dealings in the ordinary shares of the Company on 4 February 2021 as a part of the Directors' internal restructuring of their holdings, which result in no change in their underlying beneficial interest in CMET.
Michael Frayne, Chief Executive of the Company, transferred 108,250 CMET ordinary shares representing 0.06 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, from Adelise Services Ltd (a company in which Michael Frayne has a beneficial interest), to Chulu Holdings Pty Ltd ATF The Chulu Trust (a trust of which Michael Frayne is a beneficiary).
Anthony Samaha, Finance Director of the Company, transferred 8,333 CMET ordinary shares representing 0.004 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, from San Tannos Pty Ltd (a company in which Anthony Samaha has a beneficial interest) to a direct holding.

Michael Frayne's beneficial interest in CMET remains unchanged at 13,056,673 CMET ordinary shares, representing 7.58 per cent. of CMET's issued share capital.
Anthony Samaha's beneficial interest in CMET remains unchanged at 347,881 CMET ordinary shares, representing 0.20 per cent. of CMET's issued share capital.
