CMC Markets Plc ("CMC"), a leading global provider of retail CFD trading, today announces the appointment of Paul Wainscott to its board of directors (the "Board").

Further to the announcement on 27 July 2017, Paul Wainscott, having received FCA approval will join the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
