Dispute with Consilium and Board Roles
In its results announcement of 29 February 2016, the Company referred to Consilium and Cambria having agreed to the litigation arising from the dispute being stayed until 30 April 2016. Cambria wishes to clarify that it has received an offer from Consilium to such a stay and that it is considering the proposed terms thereof.
The Company further announces that Mrs Josie Watenphul will with effect from 2 March 2016 act as non-executive director only. The Company will make an announcement regarding the appointment of a new Chief Financial Officer when appropriate.
