LonZim Plc (AIM:LZM) wishes to advise that Mr Paul Heber, a Non-Executive Director in the Company, informed the Company today that on 1 December 2011 he purchased 123,504 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 16.5 pence per share.
Following these dealings, Mr Heber has an interest in 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.516% of the total voting rights of the Company.
