Calyx Group PLC08 February 2007 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 8th February 2007 Calyx Group plc ("Calyx") Issue of Equity Calyx, the largest single-source provider of information and communicationtechnology ("ICT") network solutions throughout Ireland, today announces that175,666 new ordinary shares of Euro 0.10 each (the "New Ordinary Shares") havebeen issued and allotted to the vendors of Entropy Limited, pursuant to theacquisition agreement, as announced on 1st March 2006.
