Proposed Board Changes
The Company announces that Dennis Bryan Bailey and David Meacher have today resigned as Directors of Brainspark.
The Board would like to express their appreciation for their long support and invaluable contribution.
The Board intends to appoint two new Directors Mr Alessandro Malcart and Mr Alfredo Villa, whose appointments are subject to the satisfactory completion by the Company's nominated adviser of its background clearance for Directors together with the necessary information required by Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules.
Alessandro Malcart was COO and then CEO on the Board of AISoftw@re SpA (now Exprivia SpA) listed on the Milan Stock Exchange (now part of the London Stock Exchange) he was also for three years COO of Inferentia SpA (now Fullsix SpA) listed on the Milan Stock Exchange. Alfredo Villa who is also a 17.43% shareholder in the Company, was on the Board until February 2009.
