Consideration of AIM Italia Listing

Clear Leisure, the AIM traded (AIM: CLP) specialist investment company, is pleased to announce that it has signed an agreement with Milan Nomad and Broker, Integrae SIM SpA ("Integrae"), www.integraesim.it, for the dual listing of the Company's shares on AIM Italia - Alternative Capital Market.

Under the agreement with Integrae will publish and distribute a research note for the Italian institutional investment market, in preparation for the dual listing. The process to achieve the dual listing will commence shortly after the release of the Company's 2012 financial results, which are expected to be published in Q2.

The rationale behind the Board's decision to consider this venture is due to the high level of interest it has been receiving from Italian investors. By making available Clear Leisure shares on the local Italian market, it will allow Italian institutional and retail investors the opportunity to more easily trade in the stock and subsequently increase volume and liquidity across both listings.

There are currently 26 companies listed on AIM Italia and Clear Leisure will be amongst the largest based on market capitalisation.

AIM Italia - Alternative Capital Market was launched on 1 March 2012 through the merger of AIM Italia and MAC markets, for the purpose of rationalising the offer of the markets devoted to SMEs and proposing a single market conceived for Italy's more dynamic and competitive SMEs, with a formula that leverages on the know-how obtained in more than 15 years of experience of the UK AIM on one side and on the specific needs of the Italian entrepreneurial system.
