Cello Group plc26 February 2008 Cello Group plc (the "Company") Total Voting Rights Update In conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Company would like to notifythe market of the following: The Company's issued share capital consists of 38,843,852 ordinary shares of 10pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), all with voting rights. The Company holds 80,000Ordinary Shares in treasury at the date of this announcement. The total numberof current voting rights in the Company is therefore 38,763,852.
