Cello Group plc16 May 2007 Cello Group plc ("Cello" or the "Company") Share Option Grants The Company announces today that on 14th May, under the Cello Group PerformanceShare Plan ("PSP") a senior employee was granted a matching award of optionsentitling her to acquire a total of 1,911 ordinary shares of 10 pence each("Ordinary Share") at an exercise price of 10 pence per Ordinary Share as aresult of her having elected to receive an equal number of Cello shares in lieuof a proportion of her cash bonus, net of tax and national insurance.
