Share Option Grants

Cello today announces a series of option awards.

Under the Cello Group plc Unapproved Share Option Plan 2010 ("The Unapproved Plan") options were granted on 28 September 2012 entitling certain employees to acquire a total of 48,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Share") at an exercise price of 41.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

These options will normally be exercisable from 28 September 2015 subject to continued employment and the extent to which performance conditions have been met.
