Result of General Meeting
Cello Group plc (AIM: CLL; "Cello", the "Group" or the "Company"), the healthcare focused strategic marketing group, is pleased to announce that at its General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions in connection with the conditional placing of 10,309,279 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), as announced by the Company on 1 February 2017, were duly passed. Admission of the new Ordinary Shares is expected on 20 February 2017.
