Cello Group plc25 March 2008 Cello Group plc (the "Company") Directors' share dealings The Company was today notified of the following share dealings by directors ofthe Company, all made today. Allan Rich, Non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 10,000 OrdinaryShares at a price of 113 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase,Allan Rich is beneficially interested in 389,000 Ordinary Shares, representing1.00 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights. Mark Scott, Chief Executive of the Company, transferred 93,350 ordinary sharesof 10 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his self invested personalpension (SIPP) at a price of 112.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Following thistransfer, Mr Scott remains beneficially interested in 702,510 Ordinary Shares,representing 1.81 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
